  • Objective : The Tarraqi SMART Centre (TSC), an initiative of Tarraqi I Foundation based in Daryaganj, Old Delhi, is a vocational training and employment-focused program dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through skill development and sustainable livelihood opportunities. The Centre works closely with marginalized communities to enhance employability and create pathways toward stable careers.

Training Programs

TSC offers industry-relevant courses designed to prepare students for real-world professional environments, including:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Customer Relationship & Sales
  • Spoken English
  • Basic IT
  • Workplace Readiness

Reach & Impact

Since its launch in 2018, TSC has made a significant impact:

  • 1,500+ youth trained
  • 1,000+ job placements in reputed companies across multiple sectors

During the financial year 2025–26:

  • 200+ students trained
  • Nearly 50% successfully placed in jobs already

AEEF Support

In 2025, AEEF contributed US$ 12,000 to support essential operational expenses, including rent, staff salaries, and overall center management—ensuring uninterrupted training and employment support for hundreds of underprivileged youth.

Long-Term Impact & Geographic Reach

Taraqqi I Foundation (www.tif.org.in) is a registered non-profit trust with 12A/80G & FCRA certification working with respected & renowned partners since December 2012 across India. Focusing on education, skills development, employment & entrepreneurship. It continues to strengthen access to free or affordable qualitative education & economic independence among marginalized communities. Currently operating actively in:

  • Delhi
  • Gurgaon
  • Nuh (Mewat)
  • Tonk (Rajasthan)
  • Srinagar (Kashmir)

Through sustained partnerships and community engagement, the Centre remains committed to expanding access to skills training and meaningful employment opportunities.
